Welcome to Linker.TS. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Discord bot and dashboard. By using Linker.TS, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the verification service:

• Discord data — Your Discord user ID, username, and avatar (provided during OAuth2 login).
• Roblox data — Roblox username and user ID collected during the verification process.
• Server data — Guild IDs, configuration settings (role IDs, channel IDs, gamepass IDs) set by server owners.
• Verification logs — Records of successful and failed verification attempts including timestamps.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to operate and improve Linker.TS:

• Verifying that a Discord user owns a specific Roblox gamepass.
• Assigning configured roles after successful verification.
• Displaying verification history and statistics in the dashboard.
• Maintaining your dashboard login session.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Session data is stored locally in your browser via localStorage and is encrypted in transit. Verification records and server configurations are stored in our Supabase database hosted in the EU. Login sessions automatically expire after 7 days.

5. Third-Party Services

Linker.TS relies on the following third-party services to function:

• Discord — OAuth2 authentication and guild management.
• Roblox — Gamepass ownership verification.
• Supabase — Database and session storage.
• Railway — Bot hosting infrastructure.

Each service has its own privacy policy which governs their data handling.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Server owners may request deletion of their server's data at any time by contacting us via our support server. Verification logs are retained for up to 90 days unless deleted sooner by the server owner. Dashboard sessions are cleared automatically upon logout or expiry.

7. Children's Privacy

Linker.TS is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us immediately.
